Britton grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he knew from a young age that he wanted to be a part of the legal profession.  Britton is a third-generation graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree.  After attending OSU, Britton had a career in law enforcement before he was recruited to work for a leading surgical device corporation as an interoperative consultant for orthopedic surgeons.

After ten years in surgical consulting, Britton decided to realize his dream of earning a law degree, and he was accepted to Oklahoma City University School of Law, where Britton continued to work during the day and attend law school classes in the evening. Britton graduated OCU School of Law in the top one-third of his class, where he earned various distinctions and honor awards while also serving as an officer in the Student Bar Association.

Britton and his wife Candace have two children. They are involved in ministry at their church, and Britton enjoys golf, fishing, and hunting.

Britton’s unique life experience gives him a rare insight into the many challenges that people face with business formation and planning, asset protection, contract negotiations, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
