With over 15 years of legal experience and a lifetime of perspective, Ryan Owens brings
unmatched dedication and insight to every client he serves. A native of Marietta, Oklahoma,
Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and went
on to receive his Juris Doctor, with Distinction, from The University of Oklahoma College of
Law in 2008.

Before joining The Bethany Law Center in 2019, Ryan experienced both meaningful
professional success and seasons of real adversity. Those years, marked with achievement and
unexpected challenges, gave him a deep well of resilience, grit, and perspective—qualities that
now shape every decision he makes and every client he serves. Life has tested him in ways that
few professionals encounter and he has emerged stronger, more empathetic, and fiercely
committed to advocating for others.

In 2024, Ryan became the first attorney ever named partner of the Firm by founding attorney
Rick Martin, a testament to his integrity, determination, and the trust he has earned within the
firm and the broader legal community.

Ryan focuses his practice on probate, guardianship, estate and business planning, real estate and
business transactions, and trust administration. His completion of Elder Law College adds an
important dimension to his work, equipping him to help Oklahoma families navigate long-term
care issues and protect their hard-earned assets.

Outside of the office, Ryan stays grounded through strong family connections. His parents still
reside in his hometown of Marietta, and he shares his life in Oklahoma City with his partner, also
named Ryan. Together, they enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and taking full
advantage of everything Oklahoma City has to offer, from local restaurants and music to
community events and quiet weekends at home.
