Carisa Newton was born and raised in Bethany and graduated from Bethany High School in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015 and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Nazarene University in 2019, where she graduated with distinction. 

Carisa joined the Bethany Law Center in 2019 as the billing manager and has since transitioned to the role of Controller.

In her free time, Carisa enjoys spending time with her family, reading historical fiction, and serving as an Associate Board member for the Oklahoma City Ballet.
