Estate Planning

An estate plan is something everyone should have. Estate planning can provide peace of
mind by securing your legacy for future generations. Estate planning also prepares you for
an unexpected illness or injury that could strike anyone at any time. Our firm has invested in
attorneys and advanced legal tools to fulfill the unique and individualized nature of estate
planning. Our goal is to help you protect what matters most, ensuring your family’s future
and achieving some much-needed peace of mind by making sure that your loved ones will
be taken care of and that your hard-earned assets will be protected.

  • At The Bethany Law Center, we ensure our estate planning documents are
designed to fit your unique needs as well as avoid common oversights,
misinterpretations, and pitfalls, in the process.
  • Lifetime care needs: Estate Planning includes documents that provide
instructions for the management of your assets and who you want to care for
you if you are unexpectedly incapacitated.
  • Upon death: Estate planning appoints someone to take charge; decides who
should receive your assets, and when; and can avoid a probate of your
    estate.
  • Your plan may include:
  • Trust
  • Last Will and Testament
  • Durable Power of Attorney
  • Healthcare Power of Attorney
  • Advance Directive for Healthcare

Why use The Bethany Law Center to Plan Your Estate??

Our attorneys have a deeply personal and professional understanding of the importance
and urgency of estate planning. We are devoted to providing every client with the resources
of a large firm but with the individual attention of a small practice. Your plan should:

  • Ensure that your assets will go to your intended beneficiaries.
  • Protect you and your estate in the event of future mental or physical
    incapacity.
  • Prevent misunderstandings among your heirs and financial confusion after
    your death.

When our firm helps you set up a Trust, we will prepare all the legal documents, asset
transfer documents, and deeds to properly fund your trust. We provide each trust planning
client with an Estate Planning Notebook, a flash drive of all signed documents; and
laminated business cards that state the name of your Estate for all future purchases. We
confirm your Trust is fully funded and we never leave it up to the client to complete the
funding of their Trust.
