Rick Martin is the founder and managing partner of The Bethany Law Center, LLP where
he practices in estate planning, trust and wills, business and real estate planning. Rick
earned his Bachelor of Science with honors from Southern Nazarene University, and his
Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.

Rick has many years of experience in creatively and effectively addressing estate
planning needs of modest to high-net-worth families. Rick enjoys getting to know his
clients well by obtaining a thorough understanding of their greatest concerns and hopes
for the future and can assist with Asset Protection Planning, Special Needs Trust
Planning Estate and Charitable Tax Planning as well as simple Wills or Trusts.

Rick’s business law background uniquely qualifies him to assist individuals and business
clients from start-up businesses to succession planning and real estate and business
transactions. Rick is client-focused and result-oriented and he desires to provide
personalized services to help clients reach their goals to build and pass on a lasting
legacy with their business and estate plans.

When not at the office, Rick enjoys reading, current events, traveling with his family, and
playing golf.
